This Privacy Policy applies to the "Period Plan" (姨妈计划) mobile application ("the App"). We take your privacy seriously, especially regarding health-related data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Data We Collect

The App only collects health-related data that you voluntarily record:

We do NOT collect: your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personally identifiable information. No account registration is required to use the App.

Important notes:

Your period data syncs between your devices via Apple iCloud. iCloud privacy and security are governed by Apple Inc. See Apple Privacy Policy.
The App does not operate its own servers. The developer does not collect, upload, or remotely store any of your data.
All data is stored solely on your device and in your personal iCloud account. The developer has no access to it.
You can manage or delete the App's iCloud data anytime in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

Core functionality: Calculating and predicting periods, displaying cycle calendar and history.
Notifications: Sending local reminders based on your preferences.
Data sync: Syncing data across your Apple devices via iCloud.
Local analytics: Generating cycle statistics and charts on-device (visible only to you).

We do not use your data for advertising, user profiling, automated decision-making, or any commercial purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not share your data with any third party. The only exceptions are:

Legal requirements: When required by applicable law, regulation, or government authority.
iCloud service: When you enable iCloud sync, data is transmitted and stored through Apple's iCloud infrastructure (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy).

5. Data Security

Local data is stored in your device's protected storage, secured by iOS system-level protections.
iCloud data transmission and storage use Apple-provided encryption (end-to-end when enabled).
While we take reasonable measures, no electronic storage method is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data in the App:

View & Export: The App provides a data export feature. You can export your complete data in CSV format at any time.
Modify & Delete: You can modify or delete any record within the App.
Complete removal: Uninstalling the App removes on-device data. iCloud data can be manually deleted in iPhone Settings.
Revoke sync: You can disable iCloud sync for the App in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you discover that a child has provided us with data, please contact us for deletion.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted on this page, with prominent notice within the App.
